Here is what you will need
4 peices of Basa Fish
1 can of tomatoes
1-2 cubes of low-sodium fish broth
1 bag of scallops
1 bag of shrimp
1 large onion
Salt and Pepper to taste (make sure you put this close to the end as the broth may have enough salt in it)
Now you stir fry onion and garlic with a little fish broth.
The left over is a great broth. Add parsley or chives for colour and taste and VOILA!
